Missions Report — October 2025
Here is a general summary of the situation of our Mission Partners.
CMS — Lachlan and Candy Grice
The Grice family has had a difficult first few months in Taiwan. They have faced several health challenges and numerous hospital visits. They are also beginning to encounter the deep influence of traditional Chinese beliefs in fortune and fate, which present a significant cultural and spiritual challenge. They would deeply value our prayers for strength, healing, and perseverance.
BCA — James and Brittany Daymond
Things are going well in Cobar. After much prayer, the Daymonds have successfully started a Scripture Union ISCF Lunchtime Group at Cobar High School. Visits from BCA Nomads and other supporting ministers have provided great encouragement and assistance in outreach and services. A visiting minister has also been able to take services in Cobar from time to time, offering much-needed support to the ministry there.
Mentac — Margie Powell
Margie made a short visit to Thailand last month to meet with colleagues and discuss mission work among Muslim background believers. She continues her work with women’s and children’s activities in south-west Sydney and asks for prayers for the women and families she ministers to. She also prays that her recent Spring Market has planted many Gospel seeds.

Dr. Mawonga Celesi’s latest report shows continued Gospel growth in Africa.
- In the South-Central Region, two new groups have been established in Malawi and two in Zambia.
- In the Eastern Region of Kenya and Uganda, Explore recently celebrated two graduation ceremonies for students, and new contact has begun with other groups — a promising sign of growth.
- In the Southern Region, follow-ups have continued in Kwa-Zulu Natal and Eswatini, and an IC3 Africa Church Conference took place in September.
